Everyone seems to have made an assumption of the shooting death of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman, mostly due to the images, sound tapes and media hype. But none of us were there and should never belief the story being heard on the news. The images been displayed don't properly represent either individual properly.
Someone please explain this to me.... Just because it's called -less than lethal- does not mean Cops can go around assaulting everyone with a taser gun. I don't know what happened here, but I don't see the victim using any force, resisting or posing any threat to this cop.

Texas Trooper Excessive Use of Force
This is apparently what Happened; Just before 3am on October 10th,
Whitney Fox called for help after having crashed into the wall along a
tollway. Whitney states that her friend pulled on the steering wheel and
caused her to swerve and crash. Shortly after Trooper Arturo Perez
arrives. Whitney was trying to tell Perez that her friend grabbed the
wheel and caused the crash, but he wouldn't listen and instead
