Someone please explain this to me.... Just because it's called "less than lethal" does not mean Cops can go around assaulting everyone with a taser gun. I don't know what happened here, but I don't see the victim using any force, resisting or posing any threat to this cop.

Later in the video a lady says that the victim did not put his hands down when asked by the cop. I don't think I would
either. We have all heard of the infamous "Sop Resisting" yells from cops - they don't do that so you stop resisting, it's done so that it can look good on video and audio!
