Cops Busted is not about bashing the Police, but that few bad apples. For the most part, most Police Officers are respectable, but in current years I am not happy with the trend and course Law Enforcement has taken. Did they forget they are Public Servants - To SERVE and PROTECT! Cops are not above the law, nor are they better than other people. 
Florida State Trooper Charles Odom arrested for Sexual Battery
A Florida state trooper (Charles Odom) has been charged with sexual battery and fired according to State Officials. Florida Highway Patrol spokesman Mark Welch said Trooper Charles Odom was fired Thursday and that "this type of behavior" is not tolerated.
Authorities said Charles Odom was arrested late Wednesday night after a woman he pulled over last week in Wakulla County reported the assault.
The arrest followed an investigation into the complaint by the Florida Highway Patrol, Wakulla County sheriff's office and state prosecutors.
According to the clerk of courts, 52 year old Charles Odom was in the Leon County Circuit Court February 13th for a motion hearing.
Odom's bail was lowered from 250,000 to 75,000. He posted bail this February 13th. He's accused of fondling a woman he pulled over for speeding January 28th. Odom had worked for FHP since 2006. Before that he worked for the Wakulla County sheriff's.
