For the most part, most Police Officers are respectable, but in current years I am not happy with the trend and course Law Enforcement has taken. Did they forget they are Public Servants - To SERVE and PROTECT! Cops are not above the law, nor are they better than other people.

Texas Trooper Excessive Use of Force Former "Department of Public Safety" trooper Arturo Perez has been accused of using excessive force during the arrest of Whitney Fox.
This is apparently what Happened; Just before 3am on October 10th, Whitney Fox called for help after having crashed into the wall along a tollway. Whitney states that her friend pulled on the steering wheel and caused her to swerve and crash. Shortly after Trooper Arturo Perez arrives. Whitney was trying to tell Perez that her friend grabbed the wheel and caused the crash, but he wouldn't listen and instead handcuffed her for drunk driving. "He picked her up off the ground threw her head into a concrete wall and split open her chin."
But let's not believe what anyone says and let's watch the video!
This is not just excessive force, but felony battery! Felony battery is any unlawful touching or striking
DPS said that Arturo Perez had worked with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for 16 years and had been a trooper for about 3 years. Texas Rangers were investigating for possible criminal charges and have apparently charged Perez with a misdemeanor assault charge.
In My Opinion, this is not just excessive force and police brutality, but felony battery! Felony battery is any unlawful touching or striking that causes permanent disfigurement. I would say that the gash under on the chin of Whitney Fox is a permanent disfigurement!
As for Whitney Fox - If you were Drinking and Driving, you were placing not just your life at risk but anyone else who was driving that night. But we will probably never know, since Mr. Perez injured you in the process and no evidence would stand in court against you now.
Mr. Arturo Perez, I just have one question for you; What if someone did what you did to this woman to your Mother, Wife, Sister or Daughter? How can you call yourself a man after having slammed some defenseless, handcuffed, drunk women against a concrete barricade? I hope you can live with yourself, better yet, I hope they give you some time in jail and bubba slams you with something!

You are a moron. Grow up. She isn't a bitch for not wanting to be manhandled by a male police officer....and swearing at an officer is never grounds to be thrown into a cement wall! Just the fact that you call Whitney Fox a "bitch" speaks volumes about your character and intelligence. Women are not "bitches", they are people. You are clearly an immature person based on your comments. The officer was in the wrong 100% and there is no disputing it. He wouldn't have been charged with misdemeanor assault if he didn't abuse his authority. I can already tell by your attitude and immaturity that if it was you getting thrown into a cement wall you would be the first one crying like a baby about it and blaming the officer as he should have been.

All pigs are the same, it's just a matter of time before they get caught abusing their powers. a normal person wouldn't want to become a pig, it's those who feel they need to have power over another that want to join, usually those who have been abused by those with power over them, yes it's usually their drunken whore of a mother who made twisted their penis and made them masturbate infront of their family if they were ever caught watching inappropriate material, or female officers who got felt up by their fathers and made to suck now want vengeance on all men in return.

Arturo Perez...you are a vicious power hungry animal and a complete moron. As others have said, if you did this to any female for whom I care, you would receive what you deserve. You are the scum of the earth. Although I doubt you do, I hope you have a shred of humanity, so your actions will haunt you for the rest of your life. Certainly, this is not from the first time you have committed a felonious assault or other serious crime. You add considerably to the bad name of cops in the USA.
